Please be informed that all products sold (promotional-priced items and non-promotional-priced items) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Warranty
- PaddleMY offers a 1-year limited warranty on all pickleball paddles purchased through our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
- To make a warranty claim, contact us at paddle.support@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
