Refund policy

Please be informed that all products sold (promotional-priced items and non-promotional-priced items) are only refundable on these conditions:

1. Manufacurer defect - If the product arrived in a condition different from what is shown on the website product image, 

2. We do not accept change of mind returns

3. We do not accept refunds for orders that are delivered late, unless it parcel is lost in transit. (Please adhere to our shipping policies) 

Items have to be in thier original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please email paddlemy.work@gmail.com with the reason for refund and a photo of the product. We appreciate your cooperation.
