1. How do I choose the right paddle for me?
Choosing the right paddle depends on factors such as your playing style, skill level, and personal preferences. For example:
- Beginners: We recommend a lightweight paddle with a balanced feel.
- Intermediate/Advanced Players: Consider paddles with a focus on control, power, or spin, depending on your style of play.
Our paddles provides a combination of both! So it is perfect for all skill levels :)
2. How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your PaddleMY account and visiting the "Order History" section. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Why do you ship from China?
All our warehouses are located in china as we cater towards worldwide shipping, so having our warehouses in china ensures that we are able to ship worldwide within a standard timeframe and to provide free shipping to everybody :) But we are still a Malaysian grown company!
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location:
- Worldwide shipping: 8-14 business days
5. What is your return policy?
We only offer returns on products that are defective or does not meet the manufactured standards. We do not provide returns for change of mind orders.

6. How do I care for my pickleball paddle?
To keep your paddle in top condition:
- Store it in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures.
- Clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed
7. Am i able to create bundles with different paddles?
Yes you can! Just email us at paddlemy.work@gmail.com with the 2 paddle codes and we can create a bundle for you :)
8. Can I customize my paddle?
At this time, we only offer customization for bulk orders, and can cater to specific events. But we are working on bringing custom paddle designs to individual paddles soon! Stay tuned for updates.
